What wonderful service we received from Bob and his assistant, Juan. They came in this morning, were kind, organized, efficient, fast, and did a terrific job. They were also incredibly personable and they cared about my family. They noticed there was a safety sensor missing in the system they replaced the door to, and immediately added one so that my kids would be safe. Thank you, Bob. Thank you, Juan. This company is the best! I had an estimate from a different company and asked Pikes Peak Overhead Doors to make a service call and assess my doors. What a surprise when they saw I didn't need any major repairs. The service tech, Juan, explained everything to me and made some minor adjustments. They saved me over $500 from the other company. I'm only going to use, and refer, Pikes Peak for all my garage door needs.

I work out of state and my wife called just before the 4th of July to inform me that our wall mount garage door opener had an issue where the support cable came off of the spool causing the door to jam and bind up. She could not get the car out of the garage. The local company who installed the door closed their shop in the Springs. Luckily, my wife got a tip from All Things Garage who had recently installed some cabinets for us. We were told to contact Pikes Peak Overhead Doors. My wife called Pikes Peak and they sent someone out that morning to make some adjustments. This event occurred again on the 4th of July. They answered the phone when I called (yes, on the 4th), but could not get anyone over due to the holiday. But, they had someone (Bob) there the following morning. Bob, made several adjustments and did a great job on the repairs. He was very knowledgeable and personable, answering all my questions. The initial call out charge was appropriate for the work persormed and the timely arrival to our home. They did not even charge for the second visit. A great company. Listens to customer needs and addresses them with good qualified people. Thanks Pikes Peak Overhead Door.

Pikes Peak Overhead Doors made the process simple from start to finish. Bob arrived in the morning, provided an estimate by noon which I approved and Mike installed my new opener as well as turned up the existing door system by the end of the day.

I called them in the morning, and they had someone out to my house that same afternoon. Mike was the technician who came by and he did an outstanding job fixing our garage. Bob is coming out tomorrow to quote fixing our door my crew hit with a truck. They have installed door openers and other things for us in the past and they do great work so we keep coming back. Nice to find an efficient contractor that does good work.

Mike was very professional did his job in a timely manner he talked to me when he was done also put your company sticker on the wall and left me a magnet info for the fridge!!!

We had a new opener installed on our smaller door and the technician did adjustments and repairs to the larger door. Very!! Happy with the service we received. The technician did an outstanding job with the height adjustments i needed. Will will be replacing doors soon and will be calling them back to do that. Thank you for all your help.

Mike, very professional, looked over everything and found our issue which I wouldn't of thought of. He also made additional adjustments that wasn't necessary but he wanted everything top notch.

I called for an appointment and Mike was able to come the very next day. There were a lot of adjustments that needed to be made to the garage door and now it is working like it is brand new! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional. He was punctual and very friendly as well! I highly recommend Pikes Peak Overhead Doors if you are in need of some garage door TLC.
